Financial consultant with 30 years of experience in Finance<\/strong>, I have worked with 3M and SIEMENS, in France of course, but also throughout Europe, Africa and USA.<\/p>\n

As a former Strategic Projects Director for Global Finance and CFO EMEA at Siemens Energy, I have managed numerous large-scale projects, both domestic and international.<\/strong><\/p>\n

My expertise includes SAP FI\/CO implementation<\/strong> (France-US-Canada), controlling<\/strong>, budgeting<\/strong>, treasury<\/strong>, credit management<\/strong>, IFRS, USGAAP, SOX, etc.<\/p>\n

My project management methods are based on a long and thorough experience<\/strong> of 6 Sigma (Black Belt) and DMAIC, as well as SCRUM and, more recently, the agile method.<\/p>\n
