My expertise includes SAP FI/CO implementation (France-US-Canada), controlling, budgeting, treasury, credit management, IFRS, USGAAP, SOX, etc.
My project management methods are based on a long and thorough experience of 6 Sigma (Black Belt) and DMAIC, as well as SCRUM and, more recently, the agile method.
