Together, we determine my field of intervention and my role in your organization, whether as Project Director, PMO (Project Manager Officer) or MOA (Project Owner).

Following one or more interviews, I propose a strategy based on the analysis of risks and opportunities having financial impacts on your balance sheet and your P&L.

I support you in the design, maintenance and analysis of your dashboards and key indicators, as well as any performance improvement project (month end close time reduction, redesign of reporting, process improvement,…).
